These terms apply whenever you use this website. The important one is the first: everything here is general education, not medical advice about you. Reading a page does not make you our patient, and nothing on this site should replace a conversation with a qualified provider who has actually looked at you.

Not Medical Advice

The treatment pages on this site describe what treatments do, who they tend to suit and what to expect. They are written to be genuinely useful and we have taken care over their accuracy — but they are written for a general reader, not for you.

Using this site does not create a provider-patient relationship. That begins at a consultation, once we have taken your history and, where relevant, your bloodwork.

Never delay getting medical advice because of something you read here, and if you think you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Results, Photographs & Testimonials

Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any outcome. Photographs are of our own patients, published with written consent and unretouched, but another person's result is not a prediction of yours.

Timeframes, session counts and recovery periods are typical rather than promised, and your provider will give you an assessment based on you.

Booking, Deposits & Payment

Appointments are booked through third-party systems — our patient system for medical services and GlossGenius for head spa and beauty. Using those systems means accepting their terms as well as ours.

Deposit, cancellation, lateness and no-show policies are set out on our booking page and apply to every appointment.

Prices shown anywhere on this site are indicative. The figure you are given at your consultation is the one that applies.

Intellectual Property

The content of this site — text, photographs, design and branding — belongs to Lexel Aesthetics, Wellness & Head Spa or is used with permission. You may read it, print it for personal use and share links to it.

You may not copy it onto another website, use it commercially, or present it as your own without written permission.

Product and device names mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their manufacturers. Lexel is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
