Book an Appointment
There are two booking systems, and which one you need depends on what you are booking. Aesthetics and wellness go through our patient system, because those are medical appointments with consent, intake and records attached. Head spa and beauty go through GlossGenius. If you are not sure, call us and we will book it for you.
Medical appointments
Book Aesthetics & Wellness
Injectables, Morpheus8, lasers, microneedling, PRP, weight loss, hormones, testosterone, IV therapy and pelvic floor.
New patients start with a consultation. North Carolina requires a provider evaluation before any injectable, laser or prescription treatment, so this is not a formality we could skip even if we wanted to — and we would not want to.
When you book, payment collects, your consent and intake forms go out automatically, and your record opens. Nothing is entered twice and nothing sits in a second system.
Your consultation fee applies toward your treatment if you go ahead.

Head spa & beauty
Book Head Spa, Facials, Brow, Lash & Waxing
These are cosmetic services and book separately, with live availability and a deposit.
No consultation is needed. Pick your service, pick your time, and a deposit of $75 to $100 depending on the service holds it and comes off the price on the day.
Head spa rooms are booked one at a time, so a missed appointment is an hour nobody else could have had. That is the whole reason for the deposit.

Policies
Deposits, Cancellations & Lateness
Stated plainly so nothing is a surprise. These exist because we run one appointment at a time.
- DepositsHead spa and beauty take $75 to $100 depending on the service, deducted from the price on the day. Medical appointments collect payment at booking.
- CancellingGive us 24 hours' notice and there is no charge. Inside that window the deposit is retained, because the slot cannot realistically be refilled.
- Running lateTell us. Under 10 minutes we will usually still see you, possibly with a shortened service. Beyond that we may need to rebook, as the next patient is already on their way.
- No-showsThe deposit is retained, and we may ask for payment in full at booking next time.
- ReschedulingMove an appointment as often as you need to, as long as it is outside the cancellation window. We would much rather move you than lose you.
- If we have to move youOccasionally a clinical overrun means we call you. You get first choice of the next available time, and no deposit is affected.

Hours: By appointment
We are by appointment only, which means the practice is quiet when you arrive and your appointment starts when it should. It also means we cannot take walk-ins — please call rather than turning up.
Patients drive in from Fayetteville, Fuquay-Varina, Angier, Benson, Erwin, Coats, Lillington, Clayton, Smithfield, Spring Lake and the wider Raleigh area.
Please do not email or use a web form for anything clinical. Use the patient portal, which is secure and attaches your message to your record. Email is not a safe place for health information.

Before you book
Questions We Get Asked Most
Why are there two booking systems?
Because medical appointments carry consent, intake, prescriptions and records, and cosmetic appointments do not. Keeping them separate means your health information stays in one secure medical record rather than being spread across two systems. If you are unsure which you need, call us and we will book it.
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
For anything medical, yes. North Carolina requires a provider evaluation before injectable, laser or prescription treatment. Head spa and beauty services need no consultation and can be booked directly.
Does my consultation fee come off the treatment?
Yes, if you go ahead. You are not paying twice for the same conversation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel outside the stated window and there is no charge. Inside it, the deposit is retained, because a single-room appointment cannot realistically be refilled at short notice. Rescheduling outside the window is free and unlimited.
Can I walk in?
No. We are by appointment only, which is what keeps the practice quiet and appointments on time. Please call instead.
Can I email you about my treatment?
Please do not. Email is not secure for health information. Use the patient portal, which attaches your message directly to your record, or call us.
What should I bring to a first appointment?
A full list of medications and supplements, any bloodwork from the past year, photo ID if prescription treatment is likely, and your questions written down. For aesthetic consultations, come with bare skin.
Ready when you are
Book Your Appointment
Aesthetics and wellness through the patient system; head spa and beauty through GlossGenius. Call us if you would rather we sorted it out for you.
Individual results vary. Medical treatment follows a provider evaluation as required in North Carolina. Head spa and beauty services are cosmetic treatments performed by licensed cosmetology and esthetics professionals. Please do not send personal health information by email or web form; use the secure patient portal for anything clinical. Information on this site is for general education and is not a substitute for a consultation with a licensed provider.
