Your Timeline
Treatment itself takes about fifteen minutes. The result arrives gradually.
- Day 0Fifteen-minute appointment. You can go straight back to work. No downtime, though we ask you to stay upright for four hours and skip the gym that day.
- Days 3–5Movement starts to soften. This is when most people first notice something has changed.
- 2 weeksFull effect, and your follow-up. We see every new patient at this point — if you want more movement softened, we add then.
- 3–4 monthsMovement gradually returns and it is time to treat again. Results tend to last a little longer once you have been treating consistently.
The other big worry
Will I Look Frozen?
Not the way we dose. We start lower than most practices and build from there. You should still be able to raise your brows and look surprised, concerned or amused.
If you want a harder freeze, we can get you there across two visits. We just will not start there — overtreating is quick to do and slow to undo, and the two-week follow-up exists precisely so we can add rather than wait something out.
Nobody should be able to tell what you had done. Only that you look well.
