Every photograph here is a Lexel patient, shared with written consent, and unretouched. Same lighting, same angle, same distance, taken at every visit. We do this because change in aesthetics is gradual by design, and month-to-month memory is unreliable — people consistently underestimate their own progress and overestimate where they started.

How to Read a Before and After Honestly
Most of the galleries you will scroll through this week are doing at least one of these things. Knowing them protects you.
Things that fake a result
Different lighting. Flat, overhead light in the "before" and soft, front light in the "after" will do more for a face than most treatments will.
Different expression. A neutral, slightly downturned face against a relaxed, faintly smiling one is not a filler result.
Makeup in the after. Bare skin against full base is a comparison of foundation, not of treatment.
A different angle or distance. Chin up in one, chin down in the other, changes a jawline entirely.
What we do instead
Fixed lighting position, same camera distance, neutral expression in both, and no makeup in either. Where a treatment takes months to develop, the "after" is taken at the point the result has actually arrived — three months for Morpheus8, six for PRP hair — not at the last appointment.

Photographed at two weeks, when the result has fully settled. Conservative dosing means the aim is movement that looks natural, not a frozen forehead.

Photographed at two weeks, after swelling has fully resolved. A lip photographed on the day is not a result, it is swelling.

About these photographs
Consent, and Why There Aren't More
Every image is shared with written consent, given separately from the consent to treat, and any patient can withdraw it at any time and have their photographs removed.
Plenty of our best results are not here, because those patients would rather they were not. That is entirely their right, and we would rather have a smaller gallery than a fuller one obtained by leaning on people.
If you would like to see more examples of a specific treatment, ask at your consultation. We keep a consented album we can show you in person that is not published online, which is a compromise many patients are comfortable with when publishing is a step too far.
