The names are not self-explanatory, and people regularly book the wrong one.

The honest recommendation
If you can only book one thing, and your lashes point downward, book the lash lift. It is the treatment people come back astonished by, because it changes how open your eyes look without anything being added.
If your brows are the problem, lamination with a tint does more in one appointment than any pencil. Especially where there are gaps — laminating redirects hair to cover them.
The one that confuses people
What Is Brow Lamination, Really?
Think of it as a perm for your eyebrows, except instead of adding curl it removes it. A solution relaxes the hair, we brush it into the direction it should be growing, and a second solution sets it there.
Hair that grew downward, sideways or in a swirl now grows upward and stays. Brows look fuller because the hair is covering more surface rather than lying flat, and gaps close because neighbouring hairs are redirected over them.
No dye is involved — that is the tint, which is usually done at the same appointment. No hair is added. It is your own brow, behaving.
It takes about 45 minutes, and the only rule afterwards is keep them dry for 24 hours. Wet them too soon and the set does not hold.

- Keep them dry for 24 hoursNo shower steam on your face, no swimming, no crying at a film. Water before the set has cured is what loosens it.
- Do not rub or sleep face-downThe first night especially. Pressure flattens what has just been set.
- Skip oil-based cleanser and makeup removerOil breaks down the bond faster than anything else. Micellar water is fine.
- Brush brows daily after thatTwenty seconds with a spoolie keeps the shape looking deliberate rather than slept-on.
- Rebook at 6–8 weeksSooner is not better — the hair needs a rest between laminations.
Before a wedding or event: book two weeks ahead, and if it is your first lamination make that three. You want to know you like it with time to adjust.

What is brow lamination?
A perm for your eyebrows that removes curl rather than adding it. A solution relaxes the hair, it is brushed into the direction it should grow, and a second solution sets it there for six to eight weeks. No dye and no added hair — it is your own brow, redirected.
How long does a lash lift last?
Six to eight weeks, which is roughly the natural life cycle of a lash. As old lashes shed and new ones grow in straight, the effect fades gradually rather than dropping suddenly.
Is a lash lift the same as extensions?
No. A lift curls your own lashes from the root with nothing added, so there is no weight, no infill appointments and no damage from adhesive. Extensions add length; a lift changes the angle.
Does brow lamination damage the hair?
Not when spaced properly. The solution is chemically relaxing the hair, so doing it too often does cause dryness and brittleness — which is exactly why we hold to six to eight weeks between appointments rather than booking you sooner.
Can I wear makeup afterwards?
Not for 24 hours, and avoid oil-based products after that, since oil breaks down the bond faster than anything else. Micellar water and powder products are fine.
Will tinting look harsh?
Not if the shade is chosen properly. We go one or two shades deeper than your natural hair, not black, and it softens noticeably within the first few days.
How soon before a wedding should I book?
Two weeks, and three if it is your first lamination or lift — you want to know you like it with time to adjust rather than discovering it the day before.
Can I have a lash lift with sensitive eyes?
Usually yes, and tell us beforehand. We can patch test, and there are gentler formulations. If you have recently had eye surgery or an eye infection, we will ask you to wait.
