GLP-1 Medication Fight Weight With Biology
GLP-1 medications work on key underlying metabolic pathways to support sustained weight loss; not the older classes of medications like phentermine. At Lexel Aesthetics & Wellness I prescribe a variety of GLP-1 medication, including semaglutide, and tirzepatide, which you may know under brand names like Wegovy or Zepbound.
It is a once weekly subcutaneous injection that you can do at home or have it done in the office. This FDA approved medication for weight loss increases insulin secretion, thereby increasing sugar metabolism. It also delays gastric emptying, which results in a reduced appetite.
GLP-1 is clinically proven to reduce inflammation markers, leading to decreased inflammatory response and help to curve cravings, make you feel full faster, and increase your energy expenditure. (Medicare clients please consult your primary care provider for managed weight loss service only, however, supplement and peptide services may be booked).
How It Works
Initial Consultation $100
During your consultation, virtual or in person, we will discuss your medical history, symptoms, and health goals. You will be asked to fill out several forms and questionnaires to get to know you better. I will send you an order for labs (or provide labs from primary care) and you will return in 1-2 weeks post lab results for your treatment initiation.
* If for any reason your lab results preclude you from treatment, I will refund $50 of your consult fee
* $100 consult fee can be applied to treatment plan/prescription weight
loss program
Treatment Initiation
At your treatment initiation I will review your lab results (CBC, CMP, Thyroid panel, Lipid panel, Hemoglobin A1c, Fasting Insulin) and have an in-depth discussion regarding your unique and personalized treatment plan. In depth hormone labs can discussed at visit. Medications will either be sent in to your pharmacy or mailed to your home.
Any 4 week package includes the following:
- One month of medication
- Dietary counseling

monthly subscription-based plan includes prescription from local pharmacy of choice with once monthly follow up, additional $40 fee if needing to complete prior authorization (Wegovy, Zepbound, Contrave..etc). Call your insurance to see if weightloss services are covered. There will be no appeals if prior authorization is denied. Price does NOT include medication. Includes 50% discount on B12, Lipo Mino, or Glutathione injections.

this new and innovative GIP/GLP-1 medication called Tirzepatide that lowers blood glucose levels in those with type 2 diabetes and promotes weight loss. This medication is suitable for those who have previously been on semaglutide with little success or who are no longer losing weight while on semaglutide. Pricing is per vial (subject to change depending on dose of vial). Booking fee can be applied to this plan.

Lipo-Mino Injection
Olympia pharmacies Lipo-Mino mix starts with a special lipotropic fat burning combination of methionine, inositol, choline, carnitine, and B12.
